The culinary section of the newspaper Le Quotidien Jurassien is commissioned by the Fondation O2, which is a center of excellence focused on the development and management of projects in the fields of prevention, health promotion and sustainable development in the Republic and Canton of Jura, Switzerland. Both institutions are based in Delémont, Switzerland.

The particularity of these culinary illustrations is that instead of drawing the finished recipes, as usually seen in other publications, we have decided to represent only the ingredients (sometimes only the main ingredient, or only a few of them), in order to highlight its specific nutritional values.
